Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers/resellers/wholesalers with their own storefronts (websites).
At present, our products are only suitable for the domestic UK market and unfortunately we cannot sell to international retailers.

To order, you first must have made a wholesale account application and had it approved. A link will then appear in the menu marked ‘Order Form’, within which you can add items to your cart and pay as normal.
Yes, once you have an approved wholesale account you will see a link to a media gallery where you can view and download high res photos and videos of our products for use on your own pages.
As per our terms and conditions, in general no. However, we may grant exceptions on a case by case basis (for example if you own a branded eBay store or similar and want to sell our products via this outlet). Please contact us with a description of your circumstances and reasons why you believe you should be granted an exception and we can take it from there.
We accept payments via most major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay (via Stripe), and PayPal.
We do not yet offer Net 30/60 terms. Payment must be made in full upon ordering.
We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders that are in stock within three working days. These will then be sent via an express, insured, tracked, courier. If there is a delay in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

At present we are unable to offer refills to retailers, however this is something we are actively working on and will be able to offer in the near future.
